What are fidgets used for?
Fidgets are designed to keep hands engaged, which can help the brain stay focused. Many people use them to manage stress, remain calm, and improve concentration during daily tasks.
Are your fidgets safe for children under 5 years old?
Our fidgets are not recommended for children under the age of 5. Some items include small components that could present a choking risk. By purchasing our products, you agree that they are used at your own discretion, and MARQUEE 3D Studio cannot be held responsible for improper or unsupervised use.
Who uses fidgets?
People of all ages use our fidgets — including children, teens, and adults. They’re commonly found in classrooms, therapy settings, workplaces, and homes. Parents, educators, therapists, and healthcare professionals incorporate them into everyday routines.
Are fidgets toys or tools?
They’re both. Fidgets are enjoyable to use, while also serving as helpful tools for focus, relaxation, and self-regulation.
How long do your fidgets last?
Our fidgets are printed using high-quality PLA filament and carefully selected print settings to ensure durability with regular use. That said, as with any small mechanical object, heavy or constant daily use may shorten the lifespan over time.
Do you design all of your fidgets?
Our collection includes both original designs and licensed models. Some designs are licensed from independent creators via their Patreon/Thangs platforms, and credit is always listed on the individual product page
Are your fidgets eco-friendly? What happens to plastic waste?
Yes! All of our fidgets are made from PLA (polylactic acid), a biodegradable plastic created from renewable materials like corn starch and sugarcane. PLA is widely used as a sustainable alternative to petroleum-based plastics because it produces a lower carbon footprint.
We actively work to minimize waste at Victoria Essie Studio. Whenever possible, PLA scraps are reused for test prints and prototypes. Any remaining material that can’t be repurposed is sent to a local recycling facility that accepts bioplastics.
What packaging materials do you use?
We’re committed to shipping your orders safely while reducing environmental impact. Our packaging includes:
- Shipping boxes made from recycled cardboard
- Honeycomb wrapped recycled paper
What’s the difference between Flexi fidgets and Clickers?
Flexi Fidgets are bendable, twistable, and flexible, with no internal clicking mechanism. They’re ideal for quiet fidgeting and sensory play.
Clicker Fidgets contain a real internal switch that produces a click when pressed.
Product-Related FAQs
My fidget arrived unassembled. How do I fix it?
Occasionally, parts may separate during shipping if they weren’t glued. As long as the stem isn’t broken and can snap securely into place, the fidget is designed to be reassembled.
If the stem is damaged within 30 days of purchase, please submit a support ticket through our Contact Us page for a replacement.
Are Silent fidgets completely noise-free?
Silent fidgets are much quieter than our tactile clickers, but some sound may still occur if pieces tap together. Sound level can vary depending on the design.
If you need a truly silent option, we strongly recommend choosing a Flexi Fidget, which has no clicking mechanism at all.
Orders & Processing FAQs
How long does order processing take?
Orders typically require 3–4 business days to process, unless stated otherwise. Because our products are handmade, processing times may increase during new drops or peak seasons.
I received tracking, but my package hasn’t moved. Why?
information is often sent as soon as the shipping label is printed. We then prepare your package for pickup or drop-off with An Post.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Can I change my order after checkout?
Changes are not guaranteed, but if you need to update your address or request a swap/add-on, please contact us within 48 hours via the Contact Us page. If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to help.
My package is lost — what happens next?
If you believe your package is lost, contact us through the Contact Us page. If confirmed lost and not returned, we’ll file an insurance claim and replace your order.
You’ll be required to complete a brief verification form as part of the claim process.
My package was returned due to an incorrect address. Can it be resent?
Shipping labels are created using the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you once it arrives back at our studio.
You’ll need to provide the correct address and pay the re-shipping cost. An invoice will be sent before the package is re-mailed.
